Baby Health Care, Inc. is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. To this end, we offer a satisfaction guarantee for products purchased directly from us and a limited warranty on items bought from either Baby Health Care, Inc. or an authorized reseller.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE FROM BABY HEALTH CARE, INC.

If you are not entirely pleased with a purchase made through our website, you may return the product for a full refund within 30 days of: (a) the purchase date for non-electronic items (such as sleepers or travel cases), or (b) the registration date for electronic products (like our Dream Sock or Cam). This satisfaction guarantee requires proof of purchase and applies only to products bought directly from our website.

For products bought directly from Baby Health Care, Inc.’s website, please contact us using the details below. When reaching out, ensure you have proof of purchase ready. For products purchased from authorized resellers, please contact those resellers for inquiries unless it involves limited warranty claims as outlined below.

RETURNS

If you wish to return a product under our satisfaction guarantee or make a warranty claim, please contact Baby Health Care, Inc. at support@babyhealthcare.us. Have your purchase details available, including when and where you bought the product. You must then return the product along with proof of purchase. Note that you are responsible for shipping costs and a $10 restocking fee. We recommend obtaining and keeping the tracking number for your returned item(s).

LIMITED WARRANTY

Baby Health Care, Inc. guarantees that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the following periods:

  • Original Electronic Products: 1 year from the date of registration for new products and 6 months for refurbished products (availability of refurbished products may vary by location).
  • Replacement Electronic Products: 6 months from the purchase date for any replacement electronic products bought from Baby Health Care, Inc.’s website, including replacement sensors.
  • Non-Electronic Products: 30 days from the purchase date.

This limited warranty from Baby Health Care, Inc. does not affect any statutory warranty that may be provided by law. Customers in some regions may have additional rights under local legislation. For a comprehensive understanding of your rights, please consult the laws applicable in your country, state, or province.

We do not cover general wear and tear or damage due to misuse, modifications, improper maintenance, or storage.

If you receive a defective product, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, the defective item or its defective part(s) in accordance with this limited warranty. The replacement will be warranted for the remaining period of the original product’s warranty.

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the product. Our products are sold exclusively by us and our authorized sellers, who are required to adhere to our policies, procedures, and quality standards. Since Baby Health Care, Inc. cannot ensure the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this limited warranty is only valid for products purchased from Baby Health Care, Inc. or one of our authorized sellers, unless prohibited by law. We reserve the right to deny warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized websites. This warranty does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the product.

Please note: This limited warranty is the sole warranty we offer for our products.

We limit the duration of implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the duration of this limited warranty. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties. Some states, provinces, and countries do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Our liability for any defect is limited to the terms set forth in this warranty and excludes claims for incidental or consequential damages, to the extent permitted by law. Some states, provinces, and countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. No individual or entity is authorized to make any other warranty on our behalf. This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by state, province, and country.
